Dublin Awayday…..

Sooooo….. our annual BJK&E conference has come and gone once more…

I think we are all agreed that it was a fab few days, we all learnt a new thing or two about media and BJK&Es future plans and also had some great fun bonding over tandem bicycles and space hoppers!!!

So everyone, what was your highlight of the trip?!

I personally quite enjoyed partaking in the space hopper race, falling off every 2 bounces and coming a very very poor last! Proved to me that I definately should not give up the day job!!!

My highlight was re-discovering that i could ride a bike, although i still need to work on slowing down and stopping.

The worst part of the whole experience is the disgusting photos that have appeared on Facebook!!!

I feel really bad - I didn’t even try the Guinness

Definitely the “traditional irish singsong” which I heard got an enthusiastic response from lots of guests at the hotel.
    That, and Patricks exuberant dancing.

My without-a-doubt favourite moment is our reenactment of the scene from Mean Girls in a Carvery. We did get a few strange looks on that bike ride back….

It was also a classic getting accosted by a drunk toothless Irishman within the firs 5 minutes of being in Dublin….. “two fish were in a tank…”

First off i think my dancing was perfectly fine…in fact Michael Jackson would have been proud.

I did find the 1-4am sing-a-long in the hotel room to be a great time but am a little upset that we only got 10 complaints.

The bike ride was by far my favorite part as well.
